Best thing to do is as he said, upload to photobucket and copy+paste the [img.........] link from your photobucket folder to your forum post. This will transpose the picture into your post. Photobucket account is completely free.

You have to get a photobucket account or similar. Once you upload the picture to photo Bucket you can copy and paste the link to here. Its free ;)
