Thank you for the welcome.  I am excited to get started smoking.  I have always enjoyed smokey meats and now I get a chance to wow my guest as well.  I will probably start with a brisket or half chickens.  I will need to start looking around this site to learn all the good tips.

Most of us save our pics to Photobucket and then add a link from there to our posts. Someone who knows more about this will fill you in better soon I am sure.
