A big ALOHA to all the Bradley Smokers out there!!

Last night when I got home from work, the Bradley Digital Smoker (4 Rack), i had ordered had arrived at my doorstep.  Tonight, I will put it together and tommorow morning i will be ready to smoke!

I own a Weston Jerky gun, and I'm thinking jerky would be a good choice for my first smoke.  Any suggestions on how the smoker would prepare the jerky different from my oven?

Stoked to be part of the forum, and yes, I'll be uploading pics!

Aloha and Welcome to the Forum.

Welcome!  Not a whole lot to put together!  Make sure you wash the racks, v-tray, and other pieces.  Then season with a couple hours of smoke.  Then you be ready!
