Went to the store to get:

A. some steaks
B. some cube type meat for muebe's nuggets
C. some extra grind meat for Sausage

I found it all in one pkg. Almost 15lbs for $2.99lb.

I usually just slice big steaks out of the whole sirloin but I found this;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPp-23NDvDw

I watched it a couple of times and sliced up the whole sirloin according to his directions.

Ended up with 13 steaks and 3 one lb packages for the nugget project.

And a bag of scraps for Sausage making.

Cooked 3 of the steaks on the Bubba Keg. Supper is ready.

And of course the always important money shot!

Was a fun little project and if I decide I need more nuggets, I will just slice some of the steaks up.

Had one of the small steaks for breakfast/lunch.

Scrambled eggs with green onion tops. Split/buttered/broiled left over biscuits.

Muscadine preserves (thanks Gus!) sea salt and malabar black pepper.

Now that was some good groceries.

Fixed a plate for the "Lady of the House". She wanted sausage.

First she tried the cut up biscuit.

Then the sausage.

She even tried to do her own dishes. ;D
