already planning to use them  to smoke a turkey and a ham...

has other  uses  for them , hams , turkeys, and am thinking of hanging a pair of  briskets in them to see how they  turn  out and maybe try  to do  pork shoulder  or butt in them as an experament

Hang them nets instead of stockings over the fireplace and see if Santa will put some Butts, turkey and hams in them  :o
