Using rib racks

Anybody ever use the rib racks made to hold 4 of them side by side. Will they cook the same using it.

I haven't used those.  They're good for packing a bunch of ribs into a cooker.  My only problem is mopping them; I'm, a mopper.

I use these in my Bradley...



I don't mop but I will spray apple juice or a custom mix onto them with ease.

I have a siimilar rack for my MAK, it does not fit in my Bradley. If the ribs are meaty you have to use every other spot to keep them separated.

In my Bradley I have done 6 racks of ribs by inverting racks over the other ones. That was a long rib cook.

I wanted it for the traeger. When I do ribs in the Bradley I usually have to cut them in half. Figured  I could get more free space to put something else with ribs.

I've used some similar ones in my Traeger and MAK.   They work pretty good.  Just watch how you place them so they are centered over the drip pan, or the ends might burn..
