Dear Forum friends:

I am a lomg time furum fan but always relied upon friends to smoke my game.  I just purchased the Original and am setting it up.  Thanks for the long time advice---and the killer recipes!!!.  Best regards, Jim from NJ.  p.s. the elk are moving in Colorado as I write this-but one was a little early and will be smoked soon...
