OBS
Well been on this site for about 7 months now and smoking with the Bradley for 4months. I have to agree the Bradley is the best smoker I have ever had. But with that said they are sadly under powered. I mean they will do the job but not as quick on recovery or even coming to temp as they should be. But its OK because i'm going to do the 500 watt upgrade soon. Still prefer it under powered than most others.
I also find that a set of 3 puck savers are needed and should be included with purchase. The other upgrades that should be bought is a maverick dual probe and an Auber PID. Even though my Auber PID just had to be sent back in 3 months use. But like most things works great when its working.
Now this is just my opinion and like I say only 4 months under my belt. But there is always  one asking. oh yes I have had no problem as of yet with the element going out.

I agree with the power however I mainly do sausage so that is not really an issue for me.  I have been waiting for my warranty to expire to put a fan kit in.  It just expired so that upgrade will soon be made as well as the 2nd element.

IMHO I think that the way the Bradley comes is just fine.  If Bradley put on all of the extras at the factory the price of the unit would have to increase to cover that cost.  Adding another $150 to $200 to a OBS would hurt the market share I am sure.

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

Well I agree, but think it would be nice if they did offer one with all the extras. I probably couldn't afford it but bet there is those who could. Be nice to be able to but the fans and stuff they designed and approved. Oh well just thinking out loud. LOL
