We have allot of new members here and many older forum users that have many postings. We always welcome anyone regardless of what smoker they have, not knowing how to use it or just asking questions on whatever they need help on. Nobody here is trying to slam anyone for how or where they use their smokers or what they put in them. Hey we all been there. We all have our own ideas and mods and its fun to see the way members do things. I know there are members here (like me) that just cant answer questions to every post, its impossible. At time i just stay out and let others answer.

This forum is the best out there and we are all family. So new members please dont feel offended if someone says hey dont do that or come on now, your wrong blah blah.

Anyways y'all get my jist so lets smoke on and have fun.

Ok off my box now  :o

Been great for me. Lots of help and very nice people. But you can't expect people not to say something if your possibly doing something wrong. Once said bottom line is what you choose.  I like the feeling of support you get here.  Don't ever feel offended or picked on. Ok maybe a little but not as much as I do myself. LOL

I just came inside from loading my BDS with round 2 of Muebe Nuggets, after making all the changes suggested from last time.
In the last 3 weeks Ive made: Smoked Salmon, Dinner Fatty, Smoked bone in Turkey breast, smoked boneless turkey breast, baby backs, smoked pork tenderloin, smoked cheese (twice), brisket, bacon wrapped chicken breast, Canadian Bacon, and 2x Muebe Nuggets.  Without the tips, advice, recipes, etc found here I'd be lost.

This forum is GREAT.

I may not know much about cooking, but I know lots about eating...

Well said Rick....

This forum is like family and it dont matter what you smoke with.  For Pete's sake I have a master built and the guys on here still talk to me....   :) :D ;D
Heck one nice fella even sent me a masterbuilt element when mine went bad.  That same guy also cooked some killer Moinks in that very MB.  :o :o :o
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

Well said Rick.

We all have fun learning from each other.  The only time that I have seen some stern concern is when someone is proposing making something that could be considered not food safe like eliminating the proper cure in a sausage batch. This is not just a bunch of know-it-alls but they are friends showing concern for you and your family's safety. We love our hobby and enjoy sharing it with others.
