Sausage Website

After being down for about aa year, I finely recoded my web site on sausage making and moved all the files to a new server. My old site was home.pacbell.net/lpoli and the new one is now lpoli.5owebs.com/index.htm.  There is nothing for sale on the site and all sausage making info and recipes are free. Enjoy

Yup

I will let it go and see if it gets fixed or even if the poster is real (which i dont think so) then Brian, myself or 10.5 will delete.

I don't want to step in a hornets nest or be out of line, but I had no advertisement or popups when I was looking. On the home page in big bold letters it specifically states no popups are authorized. I had problems with some of the bigger files on dial-up but wifi worked ok.

The website worked for me. I have a question? When they talk about adding salt is that just table salt or is it pickling salt?

Table salt works but NO Iodine

Use non iodized salt, kosher or pure like this.

You know, I've never used iodized salt in my meats only for the table. But I really don't know why? I know the other salts are different sizes which helps with different flavors and such. But what does the iodine do?
