hello all,
first i rubbed down chicken with just a collection of spices i usually use when
doing beer butt chicken on the bbq, nothing special
i think i am going to try Jan's next time for something different

here they are rubbed down and ready to go in

sitting in dbs ready for smoke - had the temp cranked to max

done in the smoker - 2 hrs with maple smoke box temp approx. 220 i think
display still broken - still using the boss' kitchen thermomoter - she's still not happy;lol
IT came up to approx. 160
putting them on the grill with some flavoring underneath to finish them off
approx. 1 1/2hr on the grill med heat

sorry forgot to take a pic after they were done on the grill,
the family though they were very good, hint of maple flavor, just enough but not
to overpowering, and of course a little bit of beer flavor - eh
either your in, or your in the f***ing way
