Doing a 1 pound test run with the ghost pepper sea salt blend.



1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp cure 1
1/4 tsp ghost pepper blend
2.5 Tbs stick mix
ECA will add tomorrow before stuffing.





Normal 80/20 GB



To late to smoke so tomorrow they go in.
