Emergency Road Trip

Got a call from hal4uk and he was having some problems with a somebody called Mark.

(I think his first name was Maker's)

So, Me being the good friend I am driving up today to see if I can help him get rid of

some of that Mark.

After Hal's the plan is to drop down to Padacah and help Alan Hughes of Hughe's Meat

Market get rid of something called Tri-Tip.

Hope to meet up with Southern Smoked (Mark) on Sunday maybe for a late lunch.

Since I am dragging a 16 foot lowboy I might bring some hay back for some of these

Cowboys here in town. Time will tell. See ya'll when I get Back.

Enjoy the road trip Sonny.

I am taking wife and mother-in-law in RV to North Georgia and then to Chattanooga, TN for Thanksgiving. Leaving this Sunday and returning next Sunday. Hope you all have a nice Thanksgiving.

Just talked to Sonny... He's somewhere between Little Rock and Memphis...
I gave him a thumbs down to the idea of stopping at the only motel in Arkansas on I-55 (something like "Fred's Hotel California" at Osceola...)
Gonna check back in a while...

He's got a Tom-Tom, but I warned him that if he sees "Southland Grayhound Park", he missed the turn...
Not altogether sure I should have even mentioned a GIANT NEON-WRAPPED GAMBLING FACILITY (??)

I figured he'd be screaming by St Louis by now... He's got a 35+MPH tailwind. I was just out in it. BOTH hands on the wheel.

Sonny is welcome at Squirt's DewDropInn, but he'll probably be ready to pull over and crash hours before he gets here.

I'm figuring that the Monkey should soon be pulling up in the driveway. I know he will be wanting to test that Beast of a smoker out that Hal traded for. What you boys going to be smoking up today? Have a MM or 6 for me.
