More Bambi stix

This is the last load of Bambi stix from the smoking marathon.  Just put them in to dry.  Will smoke with 2 hrs of Whiskey Oak. Just have 20 more pounds to smoke and will make them up into SS and smoke tomorrow.



Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

The PID just went off saying they were at 152 IT.  Will pull them from the smoker when the rod cools down and get some photos and some $ shots.  Will post later tonight.  Got to watch Gold Rush at 9!

One hour into the smoke and just opened the door

Those are some good looking sticks. Very nice color. What recipe did you use?

I used Greg's spicy stix mix and added some non fat dry milk to the batch.  I cut down on the salt that he calls for in the recipe.
