I lived on Ramen in college too...but my Lord the salt...I made kraft mac and cheese too...doesn't mean it's good for ya...I love that brick of noodles....lots of variations for those...blank canvas...

I buy the noodles at the dollar store.  I get about 8 - 10 bricks of noodles in the package.  I add various spices and dried vegetables along whatever meat or seafood I have.  Got to try it with a scrambles egg.  Looks good.
