Getting some stuffing done

Brought my long table in, sanitized with bleach/water and covered with clear wrap. Easy to clean up and dont have to worry about X contamination if any.

Using my LEM 5 (My electric valve for my water stuffers not done yet)


Pack down good to eliminate air pockets.



This is a 2.4 lb batch.


19mm clear smoked collagen.





I been starting to tie in the middle to hang over the bell stick. Found i get more on than doing a rope.


Try to make the same length, tie the ends.










In for some dry and smoke.





This batch is a new recipe for 5 lbs. Will go in later after 1st batch.





Easy peasy clean up.
