Just finished using my Deni 3500 800-Watt Professional Grade Meat Grinder when the doorbell rang.... UPS!!!

Thirty eight pound box on the front stoop....

DC...it comes as shown but you can buy a "14" X 85" roll of drying screen material that you can cut to any size you need for $12.00.

That really is a good price. I've been doing the "wooden spoon in the oven door" act for quite some time. Maybe it's time to go with this instead. Hmm.

I used to do this exact same thing!
Weber Genesis (Black) Vertical Gas Smoker (Wanna upgrade to a Bradley), Anvil SLR7012 meat slicer, KitchenAid Meat grinder and sausage stuffer.

Thanks Southern.  I normally use my dehydrator for granola, jerky and fruit leather in that order so I'll have to investigate a bit more to make sure it meets my needs.
