Pork Butts are easy and tasty.  They will take a long time at low temps so be patient and cook slow.  I did my first butts for 14 hours.  Trim excess fat down to allow smoke to get to all areas of the meat.  I used smoke for the first four hours and it was good.  Have fun and enjoy your new smoker.
