Taby wanted some whole muscle jerky so I told her to dig some hunks of meat outta the freezer, let thaw in the fridge till they were about half way thawed then got out the cuttin board and a SHARP knife and said "Have at it"  ;D

What skills, pinkie up and every thing.  ;D

Tucker standing by,,,,,,,,,,,come on drop some thing!

I ran the slicer, a good 1/4" thick.

Shes still trimmin,,,,,,time for a drink.  ;D

All sliced up and in the fridge.

To be continued.

Hey OU812,

That last pic where you have it soaking, do you cure that stuff or just dry it out and eat it fast as you can?
