OK so this time i reall have a tri tip

Mikey, I don't know how to tell you this but I'm not convinced those are tri tips.  All the tri tips I have ever purchased look more like this.

Damn! Butcher fooled me again. I asked for it and he went right back and grabbed it and act led like he knew exactly what I wanted. Could it mean different things in different areas or what? Oh well gonna smoke em anyway

Well whatever it is I took it to 140 IT after 2.5 hours now its wrapped in foil for 30 til dinner
