Hi,  I am new here.
Love to cook on the grill and smoker.
I have a LBGE and a mini wsm.
Both are charcoal smokers.

I live near pikeman_95, so he graciously brought me one of his stuffers.
The kirby cannon works great.  I haven't done any sausages in about 9 months due to the work the involved.
Now with the water powered stuffer, I can pick up the pace.

I used it to stuff some jumbo SS, then smoked them on my egg.
Any way here is the kirby cannon in action.

Gene
very nice. How about a picture of the sliced sausage. We like lots of pictures.
I think I delivered the stuffer to Gene around 1:30 pm on Thursday and stopped by Home depot after work  to pick up some fittings and Gene had already been in buying the rest of his supplies and he was making sausage by the weekend. Way to get--er done.

Hi Gene and welcome to the forum!  I wonder how long it would take to get that sausage to the east coast?  :D
