Poke Sticks

So the shorty stick  nozzle that comes with the gun aint cutting it for casings.

Went to BPS and bought a #12 grinder stuffing horn.

#12 (left)  tube that came with gun on (right)



I have to trim the flange on the #12 to the same siz as the original in order for it to fit in the ring. So i used my SS tube and LooftLighter to soften up the original so the 12 can slide into it and i can use the flange on the original for a template.



Sorry i didnt photo the trimming process.


Anyways here is the #12 on the gun.



Now the stuffing.









Ready for smoking.



Ya know i have done allot of processing of different type of meat and game. I swear this store bought sausage is cut with chicken?

Looks like you use that Amaze N Smoker quite often. Any particular reason?

More smoke output and works great when you only have CR pucks.


This was a major flop smoke.

Dont waste your time and few bux on doing store bought cr@p.

These sticks are called FAT Sticks #90-7-3....90% fat, 7% poke and 3% chicken

Going in the trash....YUCK
