Stuffed Deer Loin

OH YA!!!!!!!!!!!

Took a small loin and stuffed it with cream cheese then wrapped it with BACON



Oh Ya through some taters in to. I like to smoke my taters  ;D

After the smoke



Then in the Big Easy



Thirty min later,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YA BABY



After a 30 min rest under some foil,,,,,,,,,,,wallah.











No pictures of the feast,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Was busy fending off the women,,,,,which dint like deer.  ::)

Thanks every one,,,,,,,,,,it   was   gooooooood.

I forgot to mention that I rubbed the loin down with Gun Powder before it was wrapped in bacon.

The trick to a good weave is to let the bacon come to room temp first.  ;)

Dang, that is one fine looking loin!  I'm going to have to try and do the same for a turkey breast.  Bacon and turkey, mmmmmm, a fine combination!
