Walkers Wood Pistachios

The star of the show.  ;D



Mixed all the hot sauce with 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup jalapeno juice, 1/3 cup worcestshire sauce and 2 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt



I like to shell my Pistachios,,,,,,,,all 3 lb on em.  ::)



Pour the sauce in and mix well, let rest 5 min, stir every 5 min for 30 min.



Dump on the racks and ready for the smoker.



Smoke 2 hr with Hickory, smoker set at 220 F. After smoke rotate top to bottom, front to back, check in 2 hr.



Place in the dehydrator till crunchy.



Ya Baby!



Now thats what I'm talkin about.

Looks killer Curt, I have 2 # of them suckers in the shell but I'm like you, why season the shells. How may pounds did you do before you cracked them out of the shell?

All the flavor was on the shell, dont eat the shell, sucked on them, have shelled from there on.
