Decided to try different things this winter so here is one of them , It's called Kabanosy http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-recipes/kabanosy

Spices and Grinding

Into the Kirby mixer, NePa suggested I use corded drill , so I did and 30 seconds later I was done, Thanks Kirby!!!

Decided to try the Cabelas 7lb stuffer I got for backup for $79, Works really well, Don't let go of the handle, back it off ;D

Setup Bradley on front porch cause they said we were gonna get storms, It's 7:30 now and hasn't rained yet
Did fan mod with $5 closeout fan from appliance supply and blade from Grainger, Thanks to Mr Walleye for the info how to reverse motor, seems to make a difference
The finished result will be along shortly

IT around 155-57, Going to let hang around for awhile before Casper does his taste test

Taste test passed

Back.

Fan is blowing toward the front, motor I have was blowing toward the back, reversing the blade it still blew to the back, Walleye told me how to reverse, Think I'm going back to the appliance place and get a few more of those $5 motors

Nice looking sticks Tony.

The mixer sure beats freezing your hands. It looks like your taste tester likes your sticks.
