Dinner last night

Marinated (overnight) a couple boneless chicken breasts that we got from our local Fareway with some Ying's Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade (actually it's not spicy at all)

2 hours of cherry smoke, 4 hours total smoke/cook time IT was 145 when I took them out. Had to make a run to the store for a couple of items. So we finished them off in the oven with the side items
Wife made some taters coated with olive oil and Cavender's Greek Seasoning, and a Green Bean Casserole

Here's the money shot, man everything was delicious

That greek seasoning is fantastic on patatoes, and the chicken was really moist and tastey

That there plate of grub looks great!

Ya both done real good.

On boneless skinless breasts, after the smoke I like to wrap them in foil to finish cookin.

The outer layer dont get tuff that way.
