Got myself a box...a few days ago...

I can see this turning into my next obsession...lol Thank you Southern Smoked for the grinder. I am going to give it a go with a couple of chuck roasts this weekend for my first batch of "fresh" ground beef.

Any pointers on using these things? Cleaning? Tips? Uses besides just making ground beef?..lol

Cleaning tips...make sure everything is clean and sterile BEFORE you start, you don't need them nastys in the meat...you will do good Bryan...

When you clean the plate and blade make sure they are dry before you store them.  Also I coat my plates and blade with food grade oil.  The plates will rust if you are not careful with them. 


Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.
