Just got my first Bradley Smoker a week ago (4-rack Digital).
Love at first sight!
Been using Bradley Bisquettes for years for consistency and ease of 'measure'. Great company just down the hill from here.
Snowed today! Maybe some more tomorrow, but I'm breakin' in the new Bradley tomorrow for sure, rain or shine.

Great Forum, nice to be surrounded by so many enthusiastic and wise folks. Some interesting high-grade heiffer dust as well but hey, that's half the fun.

Smoke 'em cause ya got 'em

What the heck are boll weevils. LOL.. Hi Jim and welcome to the best forum you ever been to. Just a little info for you regulars or anyone interested, The Delta water shed is an area in the municipality of Delta B.C. which was a collection area for drinking water. I don't know all the facts about it but there is an "Artisan well" that is from an aquafer that is said to come from Mt. Baker in Washington state. They say the water takes 1000 years to get to this well so you know how clean it is. I use to ride mountain bikes there and I can attest that it is the best tasting water I have ever drank. As Hal said Delta got its name likely from the fact that most of its land was formed at the river mouth of the Fraser River. Anyway I will quit the Cliff Claven impression. I would say that Jim is either a Mtn biker or lives close to the shed and enjoys walking there. It is a beautiful place in pristine condition (aside from the 2 concrete water tanks)with old growth Fir trees.

Welcome to the mad house.
Sounds like you live in a great area.

Boll weevils was an American political term used in the mid- and late-20th century to describe conservative Southern Democrats.

or

   Common Name: Boll weevil
Scientific Name: Anthonomous grandis Boheman
Order: Coleoptera

Description: The adults are brown to grayish brown, fuzzy beetles with prominent snouts (or bills) bearing the mouthparts, and varying in size from 1/8 to almost ½ inches long. Larval stages, found inside cotton squares and bolls, are legless grubs with brown heads that grow to about ½ inch long before forming a pupa that resembles the adult features but appears mummy-like.
