Don't want to rain on your parade, but that's one of the most unhealthy things I've ever seen.  You really should consider the "light" (and far healthier) version - get rid of the bread (too many of those nasty carbohydrates and not much taste) and use some nice thick slices of your favorite cheese instead.

I wish I had a link to this recipe I found earlier today that replaced the bun on a Wendy's Baconator with what was essentially fried eggs because that was healthier than the carbohydrate loaded bun and "adds more valuable protein".
