Good thinking!!!! Keep the wife happy and you will get to you use your smoker a lot more and nice job on the build.

Did you do any empty smoke to season the cabinet first or did you just go for it.  ;D

My 1st smoke was 15lbs of Spring salmon, 2nd was 5lbs of beef jerky. Great looking smoke house by the way! Reminds me of a kid on the farm and Dad's smoker was 4'x4'x8' cause that's the size of plywood sheets. Racks were 1x2's with double layer of chicken wire. Did TONS of Brook trout each smoke.
