Frustrating Night - Heating Element Failure

Went out and bought a picnic and a butt. Have a bunch of people coming over tomorrow afternoon for some great pulled pork and my 5 month old OBS heating element takes a dump on me.

Just emailed customer support. Guess its back to the old reliable stick burner for these bad boys.
