This is what we started with after some Zach's and fridge time. Ready for some smoke.
Later today I will be starting my biggest smoking project yet, 20lbs of summer sausage.

You know this reminds me of a guy that just made a new smoker and there is nothing in his neighborhood that I safe. Well have fun my friend you earned it, and so far it sure looks good. Did I mention how much I like ribs.

Thanks guys. I'm burning through propane and hickory chunks faster than getting refills but its fun :)

Great looking ribs.  Which Zach's Rub did you use?  Pretty color on those ribs.

I ended up using the sweet bbq rub on this as my wife isn't much for the hot stuff like I am.

We will be getting together some time this summer. I have a another epidural shot in 45 minutes and I hope this is my last. I am probably going to get back surgery this early spring.
