Just picked up my OBS and seasoning it right now. Not really new to smoking but new to Bradley. I will get my brisket on first thing tomorrow.

With temps in the mid 60's it should be a great day for a little brisket and a couple of cold ones. Glad to see someone else from Idaho here!!!!

Got a load of riblets rubbed with Jan's Rub for my smoke tomorrow.

9 pounds. I just used a real basic rub of paprika kosher, salt, course black pepper a touch of cyan pepper and a little raw sugar for a nice bark.
