Running low on Canadian Bacon...

Not running low... Completely out!  :o

I started dry curing 20 lbs last weekend when I was making 150 lbs of sausage. I had to restock the freezer.

Sorry, no pictures of the process but here's the finshed product all sliced and vac packaged. The pictures are off my iPhone so they are not the best.

I have 2 big uprights... and one is half empty!  ;D

That's the one the kids usually "shop" at when they come over.  :D

Nice for you!  I hear it there about the "kids" shopping.  My son says he brings a empty ice chest when he comes here...but brings a treasure chest home!  :)

Mike that looks good, I just finished up making a couple of chunks of Canadian Bacon last weekend. Man that stuff is good.
