Does anybody have any recipe's they would be willing to share with me for Smoking/curing Bear Hams?

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

You could use one of the links below, but on the Weldiny Domowe Site\Wild Game they recommend that you bring the internal temperature up to 160°F for wild game.

A Tenpoint5 Ham
If you use this recipe I would add juniper berries to the brine.
