I just was watching Modern Marvels and they had this guy on there showing how he hand forges his knives. He layers the blades with 1,000 layers of steel. Even though his knives are expensive each one are hand forged by him and a work of art. I would love to own one of these blades :)

I have tried several time to make a Damasucus knife, never did get it right... :'(
