I did 4 different flavors of wings. 

Slap YO Daddy with Sweet Baby Ray Sauce
Teriyaki
Dale
Kansas City Rub with Sweet Baby Ray Sauce

Looks like a nice load of wings there Joe!

How did they turn out?
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

How was the skin on the babys?

If'n you like a crispy skin, finish them bad boys off on the grill after the smoke,,,,,,,,,,,oh ya!

I finish mine off in TBE but when doin a big load they go on the grill.  ;D

I got rid of my gasser so my SRG is my grill now. It's just 4 of us, so i can get away with it.
Edit: I forgot, I have the traeger ;D just never think about putting things in and using it at a grill. Maybe something to do with the pellet prices.
I did make some country style ribs last week in it and I'll be dam if it didn't put a smoke ring on them suckers in the time
They were in there. I had never used it for grilling. Only for overnight smokes.

Thanks for the replies everyone.  My favorite was the Slap Yo Daddy.  If you use it don't go to heavy with the rub.  Just sprinkle it on, and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few hrs.  I couple that with Sweet Baby Rays sauce.  That and a few brews and I was in heaven.

Yup, in the TBE for crisping.
