Turkey for lunch

Last week I smoked a 9lb turkey.

Jude deboned it and packed up the pieces for sandwiches for my lunch.This is smoked turkey heaven.Thats good for me.

6hrs.in and Pre heated 160* then upped temp to 230*.The IT was 185*when do.
