New Member and New Bradley Smoker owner!

Hey gang!  I'm a budding Charcuteriest (?) and after reading a bunch of blogs, etc. decided to get a new Digital 4-rack smoker -- and it's currently setup and seasoning away! 

I got it just in time to smoke my Pastrami and Montreal Smoked Meats tomorrow!  Can't wait.

I have plans for many many smoked items to come over the months (years)!
