The prize is a "Rib Starter Kit". You get all the basics like gloves, rib rubs, bbq sauces, rib bucket, apron, tongs, squirt bottle, basting brush, etc.

Closest guess without going over wins.[:D]

EDIT: Make sure you post your number at the bottom of the recipe as well as this thread.

EDIT EDIT: You all do me a favor please. I've just spent the last 3 hours coding some of the recipes from this contest so they can be add to the our recipe collection. Try to put your recipe into some format that is understandable.

For example:

Ingredients:
Item

Directions:
Step

Please do not add numbers to your steps under "Directions:" If you do I have to manually remove them. I will add the numbers later. Also Please do not add any coding what so ever. If you want to highlight your name at the bottom with a color etc that is ok. All other codes added have to be remove manually. I'm slowly working my way through all of the recipes on the site in order to create a uniformed look.

Thank You for your help in this matter. Olds

I posted 'Smoked Beef Short Ribs and Potato Stew' This recipe can also be used to make a smokey spaghetti and meatballs (replace short ribs and potatoes with your favorite meatball recipe) Hmmm...maybe that will be my next post [:D]

Edit: I called an audible and changed the recipe for Sunday dinner and liked the addition of potatoes instead of pasta as per my original post.
