Po Boys BBQ

I took the wife to Po Boys BBQ today, Drove by 1000 times and never stopped.



Heres there wood pit and they smoke with Alder wood, Somebody stole the tires :D







Very small on the inside and if you look at the cieling you would think they had that smoker inside and they had all the windows open. Wifes like I'm cold  :)



The condiment tray. I ask "do you have a signature sauce you use?" The guy points to the bottle with no name on it :o



The menu... Prices were not bad at all.





I ordered the "Southern Special" Thinkin I would get to put my own BBQ sauce on but I failed to read the fine print at the top of the Menu before ordering. Wife had a plain old ham sandwich and it was cold too :)



I will try this place again but make sure to order my meat with no sauce.

I think I still have heartburn and even ate a pepcid AC 2 hours ago, The sauce was good but way to much, over powered the smoky goodness that was there but had to really search for it through the sauce. The tables werent sticky like the last place I went to. Thats the only real BBQ joint for miles unless I want to go to Famous Daves, Like I said I will go back atleast one more time :)

Dang Straight, who'd a thunk Puyallup had a BBQ joint ;D I'm really havin second thoughts bought ever goin back (Burp). I can make just as good and my primo aint all rusty ;)
