Started by weaving a lb of bacon

Then made a regular meatloaf mix, added 2 italian sausages no casing, cooked rice, with monteray Jack cheeze

Folded it up and put it in the bacon rap with Montreal Steak spice and black pepper

Into the smoker with 1 hour 40 minutes of Hickory at 250 degrees F ,then off with the smoke andwas finished in total time of 3hours 15 minutes

Then onto the dinner plate, and we were very impressed. Thank you to the guy that invented that dinner.

Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.
