Did a little trip to Sitka this weekend to find some fresh fish to smoke.  Picked the perfect weekend to do it.



Now to plan a little smoke time.

Those are some real chrome fish and the weather looks like it couldn't have been better.  :)

Plus you got the junior fisherman with you. Just doesn't get much better than that. 8)
