So I am still restricted on what I can lift so I looked into the freezer to see what I could do.  Found a couple of filets that I bought the last time I went to Restaurant Depot. So I thought I would grill those. Then I got the idea to make kebabs with them. (I know some would think that is sacrilegious but they were Select cut. Long story on how I grabbed the wrong one when at the store).

Found the kebab baskets that I bought when Yard and Pool was having a sale. Cut up some onion, tomato, bell peppers and some of the ventreche I made the other day. Added gunpowder seasoning to the meat, garlic powder and jalapeno rub to all. I got them all together and realized I forgot the pineapple. So rather than take them apart, I made separate kebabs with just the pineapple. (Sorry for the dark and blurry photos) Threw them on the Weber (forgot to take pics)

Put some baked beans, seasoning, and a slice of ventreche into the oven.

Made some corn on the cob in the SRG.
All done and ready to eat.

Excellent - I used the leftovers in an omelet this morning.

That is one good looking plate. I love everything I see. This rehab gets kind of boring doesn't it. I have done a little cooking and take my walks but not too much else.
