Hello from Milton Keynes, England

Hi All,

Just saying Hi to you all.

I currently do not own a Bradley, but am planning on purchasing the 6 rack digital possibly next April.

At the moment I am using a Brinkmann Pro Charcoal Grill and a Pro Q Excel 20 smoker with a cold smoke generator. I have had some pretty good success with home cured and smoked bacon, cheese and fish along with somegreat pulled pork, moinks, ABT's turkey, duck, chicken, ribs etc,etc,etc!

Look forward to learning all about a these smokers and hopefully being able to contribute from my past experiences.
