hey all new to the forum just hooked up my Bradley smoke generator to my house via pid controllers.....should turn out some wonderfull food...stay tuned stay posted.....saw a recipe on here with smoked butt steak looked great ....

I will second, third or whatever it is now about pics. However, they forgot to mention sending al those that respond to this post the sampler platters so we can truly "help" when you need it. ;D

Welcome, this is the best place to learn. Just remember to ask PLENTY of questions. It the guy and gals on this forum don't know the answer...well, they always know the answer.
