Picked up some (Bunn Gourmet -- Yes, the coffee maker folks) Prime Ribeyes today...
Didn't wanna just put 'em on the gasser, so I made a "grill".
Used a heavy SS double rack that SquirtTheCat gave me, and squeezed a foil pan of lump between the racks...

Not quite ready (pic shows a GOOD N HOT spot) but wifie was impatient...  (GOOD ENOUGH)

The players...

Greek style taters (w/ EVOO, Lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper) and lima beans...

Buuuuuuuurp!!!

Neighbor was "practicing" for the 4th...
Totally lucked up on a phone photo...

Awrighten!

Wow, with all the great cookers you have and you make another makeshift grill for prime meat.  Say What.  Must be something in the water there in Ky. ---- or maybe the bottle. ;)

Well it worked, and those steaks look beautiful.

Yeah, I know... looks kinda ridiculous  :o
I didn't wanna setup the "Monster" just to grill two steaks, and I didn't want to use my gas grill with these steaks.

On Tuesday, UPS is bringing my "state park grill"...

I like it and may do something similiar while RVing one day instead of breaking out the grill. Great when you want to grill and simply dispose of the pan with ashes on an overnight stop. Thanks for this post.
