Nice. I got mine yesterday. The battery is charged and ready to go but I probably won't get to use it til tomorrow or Monday. Can't hardly wait but other things are taking priority this weekend.

Looks great!

Would be interested in knowing how well you can control the "flow".

I am so anal my jerky has to look good as well as taste good, & so I make sure mine is so... uniform. (with the manual shooter)

I know, I know. wifey says the same thing you are thinking.

The flow is decent, very little learning curve. I used mine to stuff some sticks.

Wife said I could get one too, Just placed the order. Got some Mesquite and Cajun jerky mixes I want to run through that Contraption. Hope that Battery will handle 3 consecutive pounds assuming each load is a pound. Thanks for the Heads up on the sale Midknightrider!!!

Roget

Might have to try one.

I"m about ready for some more jerky. (and you can never have too many toys)

I bought one three months ago when they were on sale.  Have used it about a half a dozen times and I am impressed with how well it works. Liked it so much that I ordered one last weekend to send to my brother as a birthday gift.

The LEM double tube does fit on it.

And it does a small batch of sticks pretty good to.

I use a stomper to press the meat into the tube. All taken apart clean and sanitized.

For the price I could not pass it up.
Was thinking about getting a spare for a gift or something.
