First beef back ribs

I've never tried beef ribs. Don't really know where to begin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This has worked good for me in the past

Remove the membrane from the ribs the best you can.

Applied your faverate rub to them.

Fridge overnight, but not needed as far as I'm concerned but some like to do this.

Smoked for 2 hours and 20minutes @ 220F using your wood of choice.

Splashed apple juice and foil them and put them back in the smoker for 3 hours. Removed the foil and throw them ribs on the rack and let it cook for the final hour, saucing them a couple times til the finished.
