Well all of the equipment is in. All of the materials and filters. People hired and trained. Break out floor plans are done for both the vacuum and carpet maintenance programs. Everyone has passed security for non-escort required. Customer satisfaction program has been created and is soon to be in place once we get security clearance for that. We start Monday.

Every 3 years in the past there was a new janitorial company that hired the last janitorial company's employees and supervisors. Nothing changed. All of Raytheon everywhere is watching this experiment that Don M (facilities) and myself have put together. One company for carpets. One for hard flooring and one for janitorial (Trash, Rest Rooms, Dusting.)

It is now time to cut through the mustard. To separate the want-to-be from those who want to get-er-done. Within the next few weeks we will see if I know what I am doing. If not then perhaps it would be better if I just go quietly into the night.

No need to wish me luck as my definition of luck is where my preparation meets my customer needs. For more weeks than I care to think about I have be backwards and forwards over this project. I can think of nothing else I can do to be perpared.

We will just have to see if I'm the man I think I am.

Olds,
Sounds like the war ministry has been burning the midnight oil for 24/7 for a while. Looks like you've got your battle plan together and if it meets the customers needs and satisfies them, then you've done your job well. [:)]
Just remember "The best laid plans... Murphys law... and all that other crap. Then there's always plan B" [:0] If None of the aforementioned comes into effect then you've done it ALL right.
Keep us posted. I'm curious just how picky they're going to be.
I WILL WISH YOU GOOD LUCK ANYWAY. [:D] Bill

Oldman,

Weren't you the same guy who wasn't going to return to this forum?

BigSmoker

Olds is the man[:D]. No luck needed when you know your business and know how to get it done. Your years of experience will see you through with minor problems I'd say[;)].

Some say BBQ is in your blood, if thats true my blood must be BBQ sauce.

Mr. Meat,

That probably isn't the best choice for your first post. Perhaps a little homework is in order.

AMEN CHEZ, Not a good start.

From the looks of "Meatman's" profile, he's a nobody anyway. Just a troublemaker.. Not welcome here. Could be another member running under an alias but his IP address will tell.

No homework necessary. I read the forum on a regular basis. I just had a feeling Olds couldn't refrain from his self promotion for very long.

MWS

We know you can read. Now try to comprehend what you've been reading, on a regular basis.

I don't know how long you have been reading the posts on this forum, but I see you became a member on the 25th just to post the BS (and I don't mean Bradley Smoker) that you did. If all the information and experience posted by the members of this forum did not inspire you to join, but you joined to post the crap you did; gives me some insight ...... (I won't say any more).
